Govern for the common good

A leader once ask me,hey Eric what is meant by the common good?

I asked him is this the first time he had thought about such a principle or ideology?

Its taken for granted that our leaders make decisions or take positions on major or

even minor issues without even having a reference point.

So what is really the common good to me? to you?

Is it merely being good to as much people as we can?

Such simple words, common and good.Individually easy to understand but put together

can become very meaningful.

The common good, not so common,sometimes not even good for all.
